Reset link: for a forgotten password — a one-time link (24 hours) to set a new one. Reset 2FA: for a lost or replaced phone — they sign in with their password and set 2FA up again on their Account page. Each person sets their Tall Emu name and "save without asking" on their own Account page.

Start with Activity → Problems: it usually says what happened and to whom. Server commands go in the DigitalOcean Web Console (droplet → Web Console) or ssh root@SERVER-IP, starting with cd /opt/assistant.
